The challenge homepage does not specify details on submitting the technical report, could anyone specify
* The page limit
* Template
* Submission channel

The general rule is ICCV format. 2-4 page limit (including references). Please send to yupeng.gao@ibm.com.

Please also indicate your team details. Like
Team name
Team leader address, phone number, and email
Rest of the team members
Affiliation
Best score of your team during test phase
Link to the codes/executables of the solution(s) (if any) **** we encouragethe release of codes or executables for reproducibility
